• First and second table are controlled by two separate in-phase motors. The first finger of the first and second table are electronically set in phase. • Sheet transfer to first table by special slotted transport belt and controlled via electronic cam. • First table sheet feeding and squaring operation is driven by twin chains that can be adjusted with a hand wheel even while the machine is running. • The lateral centering guides move electronically and adapt themselves to the sheet dimensions. • Second table with platen that can be inclined on its own axis, in order to make room for grinding and fine adjustments on cutter blades. • Blank transfer system into second table is carried out by electromagnets. The system is controlled by electronic setting with differential release. • Strip squaring by means of carriage for small sizes and front finger stops for big sizes. • Squaring carriage on second table is mechanically adjustable and sets strips in position for slitting operation. This system has no limitations on the number of strips on the table, and there is no need to change gears for set-up. • The time required for size changeover on the first and second table with a total of 16-18 pairs of cutters (carbide), is approximately one hour. • Photocell safety barriers. • Sheet feeder type is MA 548 • Sheet separation from pallet is carried out by four suction cups and magnets for easy separation. • Feeding system controlled via variable phase cam. The sheet is then guided into first table via linear inlet without scratches or warping. • Automatic double sheet ejection into a special collector without stopping machine. • Idle rollers for loading.
