At the beginning of this year, the owners of Tinmasters in Wales made the strategic decision to cease operations. The company, owned by a private equity firm, primarily serviced major clients like Nestlé in the Baby Milk & Infant Formula market. With their exit, a rare opportunity has opened up for companies in the metal packaging and decorating sector.
Production at Tinmasters' modern Swansea facility, which opened in 2017, continued until the end of March 2025. All machines were regularly maintained and significantly upgraded in recent years, making them a prime choice for anyone seeking high-performance, pre-owned equipment.
Cazander has been exclusively appointed to market these state-of-the-art printing and coating lines on behalf of Tinmasters and its private equity owners. The equipment is still installed in place, offering potential buyers the chance to see the lines before acquisition.
